HEAR Foundation Scholarship

The annual HEAR Foundation Scholarship offers one $30,000 award over four years and several one-time awards of $2,500 to college bound Chicago-area students in need. HEAR has partnered with Daniel Murphy Scholarship Fund in the development of our program and recruitment of applicants. We target students who are hardworking, goal-driven, involved in their communities or schools, and whose needs aren’t met by other financial packages.

CONGRATULATIONS to the 2010 winners! The recipient of the 2010 HEAR Scholarship is Diego Roman, who will be studying engineering at Marquette University in the fall. The recipients of our academic awards are Anna Bokun (University of Chicago), Alexis Franklin (Denison University), Diamond Greer (Northwestern University), Colleen Healy (Marquette University), and Anna Ward (University of Illinois).

Please check back in the fall for the application for the 2011 HEAR Foundation Scholarship.
